Spectacular lunch, offered by my fellow friend brother Luca for his birthday, excellent gorgonzola gnocchi and Paolo Coniglio space!! Very tender and with a unique taste! Quiet environment and friendly service, recommended! P. S. I also saw the Petronian cutlet and it was a spectacle!

Business lunch, simple food but with quality raw materials. Once upon a time gentleman who serves and cooks, it seemed to me that a relative was making me food. Spend 20 for 1 second course, 1 side dish, sweet liqueur, water, 1/4 of wine and coffee.

The best Bolognese cutlet I've ever eaten, top hospitality and professional but informal service at the same time, aimed at satisfying the customer's needs. Average price. Excellent choice

Trattoria from times gone by: spartan but clean environment, owners who welcome you with a typical Emilian smile, menu of the day said verbally by the lady with traditional Bolognese food. We had exceptional tagliatelle with meat sauce, Bolognese cutlet and finally trifle and coffee as a dessert, spending 25 euros per person.

Typical cuisine in its maximum expression! The dishes are excellent and every time I feel like I'm returning to my grandmother's house as a child! It is a place where you feel at ease and nothing is missing! The service is excellent and attentive. The prices are really excellent in relation to the quality! If you haven't been there yet, it's a must!Congratulations to the staff of Trattoria La Bassa!

Incredible experience. Amazing hospitality with incredible Emilia regional food at a great and honest price. Places like this should be preserved for future generations. Thanks again and we will definitely come back!

A Bolognese tradition of the past, they make an almost obligatory destination. Seven millimeter wrinkled tagliatelle and many first courses expertly created by the owner's wife with skill. Exquisite kindness like in your own home. The mascarpone created on the spot in the kitchen with the moving spoon emitted sublime music. There must be a reason if I have been in the area for 40 years.

To make a long story short, during a business trip, a friend suggests we take a strategic exit from the motorway towards Anzola, to have lunch in the "la Bassa" restaurant, praising with emphatic confidence the goodness of its dishes. In fact, never a review has been more truthful, the impression is of being a bit at home, the kindness and courtesy of the staff, the aromas and flavors of the pasta with ragù on Sunday, do not make you feel like you are in a restaurant, but sitting at the table with friends and relatives, where everything is good and everything is meticulously done with passion. The delicious fettuccine Bolognese, the straw and hay gramigna with sausage ragout, the roast and the excellent Ferrarese trifle allowed us to leave the table abundantly satisfied.
